Our flowers are sourced directly from passionate growers, ensuring a constant supply of fresh and breathtaking blooms. If you ever receive flowers or other products that have suffered any damage:

  • Kindly capture a photograph of the product. Subsequently, please dispatch the image, along with your name, order number, and a short description of the problem to our dedicated email address at info@flowersnextdoor.com.
  • In light of the perishable nature of our products, we kindly request that any concerns regarding quality or deficiencies be reported within a 24-hour window following the delivery.
  • Once we verify the damage, we will gladly dispatch a fresh product to your doorstep, fully covering the expenses, or provide you with a store credit*. Kindly keep in mind that given the perishable nature of our merchandise, we do not entertain refund requests.

Order & Cancelation Policy

All modifications to your order must be made within a strict one-hour window from the time of order placement. Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery orders cannot be altered or canceled once confirmed. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate cancellations for any orders that have already undergone preparation or are currently en route with our courier for delivery. Kindly review all order information at the time of placement.

Requests for changes and updates made beyond the initial one-hour timeframe cannot be assured. It’s important to note that all orders placed during high-demand holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas are considered final and non-refundable.

During peak holiday periods, the process of modifying an existing order becomes exceptionally challenging. We will exert every possible effort to accommodate change requests, but it’s important to acknowledge that such requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

Incomplete order: For orders submitted with incomplete delivery information, your order will be temporarily held until all necessary delivery details have been provided. After that, when you complete the order and the originally selected date is not available, it will be postponed to the nearest available date. Moreover, there are no refunds issued for incomplete orders. But we will fulfill the order on the nearest available date or provide a store credit which you can use in future orders.

Order On Hold: Customers have the option to place their order “On Hold” if it has not yet been dispatched on the originally requested delivery date. Please note that orders placed on hold cannot be canceled. We will proceed to fulfill the order on the subsequent available delivery date or provide a store credit* for future use.

Outside Canada Orders: Orders placed from outside of Canada or with an international credit card for delivery within Canada will incur charges in USD. Applicable provincial taxes for the destination will also be added.

*Store Credits cannot be used to offset taxes or delivery fees and are intended for one-time use only.

*The flower color may slightly vary from the one displayed on the product page.

*The size of the Vase/Bouquet/Box may slightly vary depending on the flower quantity.
