Shipping & Delivery Policy for Flowers Next Door

At Flowers Next Door, we offer free shipping and delivery within our delivery zone. We have different delivery options available to choose from during the checkout process. Our delivery options include Regular Delivery, Business Hours Delivery, PM Delivery, and By NOON Delivery. We also offer free delivery for funeral homes, except for time-sensitive orders and those outside the GTA funeral homes.

We strive to deliver on the specified day and address provided by the customer. To ensure timely delivery, it is important to provide the correct and complete address details. Please note that a second delivery charge may apply if the driver cannot locate the delivery location or if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, the driver will decide among the following options:

• Leave it at the door if the weather and location is suitable
• Leave it with a neighbour
• Leave it with a colleague

In case the driver cannot leave the delivery at the location due to poor weather or unsafe location, an additional delivery charge may apply. We always strive to deliver to any location, but additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries to rural areas or outside our delivery zone. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Please note that we cannot cancel or change orders that are already in process at the florist, en route, or delivered. For time-sensitive deliveries, please inform us during the checkout process, and we will do our best to deliver as per your request.
